Alarm installed by this company that has not been not active for years went off beeping suddenly. When I called them they were unable to reset the code, none of the codes they gave me worked (they said because it was an old model - ???). They said they can send an engineer (all the way from Braintree) and I would have to pay - not ideal obviously but all fine up to this point. I’ve been with Bradling security since around 1998 when they were darling security. They are a fantastic family business (but big enough to handle anything). They have fitted systems for many of my friends over the years. Nothing is a problem for them. Brilliant service when ever I call. Even called on Christmas Day once and spoke to an engineer who resolved my problem over the phone but would of come out if needed. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
