Alarm installed by this company that has not been not active for years went off beeping suddenly. When I called them they were unable to reset the code, none of the codes they gave me worked (they said because it was an old model - ???). They said they can send an engineer (all the way from Braintree) and I would have to pay - not ideal obviously but all fine up to this point.
