Dr Raphael is very informational on my injury. His staff was very pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Raphael is the best of the best. He has done surgery on my knee twice now (ACL/meniscus). He always educates me on what he is doing, and why it’s important. Besides that, his work is godly. Both times after surgery my recovery was smooth as butter, considering ACL recovery can be extremely difficult for many people. Dr. Raphael knows his stuff and really listens to his patients. After a year suffering with a shoulder injury post car accident, we finally went ahead with surgery and I’m finally on the mend!
I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Raphael very quickly. He was prompt in seeing me during my appointment, and he took the time to explain, in detail, my health issue and what I needed to do to bring about improvement. I was in significant pain before my visit, and three days later, I feel like a new person. Thank you, Dr. Raphael!

I had fractured my clavicle & needed to meet with an Orthopedic Surgeon to discuss options as initially was told I would need surgery. I was able to get in within a week of my accident & was very pleased to learn from Dr. Brad that I would NOT need surgery but rather immobilization with sling & restricted movement. Eight weeks later I have great range of motion & in the mend. He took the time to hear my story, took a conservative approach & sent me on my way to recovery without surgery. I would highly recommend him.
I have chronic knee pain that had not improved with physical therapy at the time I saw him. He dismissed my prior experiences, barely made an examination, and then sent me to physical therapy within the hospital network. He was so confident that I don't have a significant problem that there's no way I'm going back, even though the second physical therapy was ineffective and I still have pain.
I found Dr. Raphael to be pleasant, supportive, knowledgeable and helpful.
