Time spent in learning about my problem
This is the only place I’ll go. They’re the best in Syracuse. I received knee surgery yesterday due to an injury. I’ll get toe surgery soon. I’ll get went very smooth yesterday. I qualify for a shoulder replacement, but they’re delaying as much as we can wait. They care about the long term health of their patients. The workers from the schedulers, to the surgeons are all knowledgeable, well trained, professional, and exist in a culture I’d want to want to work at. This has been my second surgery with Dr Raphael and probably not the last unfortunately. He treated a torn Achilles and a shoulder impingement. He is an exceptional doctor and i have great respect for him and his abilities.
Dr.Raphael was very attentive while I described my injury. He then conveyed our next move toward a successful outcome.
Explained my condition related to my symptoms. Provided me with several options for treatment. Very nice people in s.o.s practice.

Completely wasted my time and I’m still in excruciating pain every single day. I did the physical therapy in order to get the mri. I get the mri and find out I have a labral tear in my right shoulder and partial dislocation. I thought I was finally going to get the help I need, nope. After meeting with the PA post MRI I’m told to do more of the physical therapy that never helped at all.
