My issue was more with the secretary's, I understand I should of wrote the appointment time down, there was no, phone, message or even a letter of remembrance. To remind me of the appointment.. Overall I recommend this office and Dr Raphael.
He was very thorough and kind!Explained what I need to do to hopefully tell me what’s wrong with my shoulder!

Time spent in learning about my problem
This is the only place I’ll go. They’re the best in Syracuse. I received knee surgery yesterday due to an injury. I’ll get toe surgery soon. I’ll get went very smooth yesterday. I qualify for a shoulder replacement, but they’re delaying as much as we can wait. They care about the long term health of their patients. The workers from the schedulers, to the surgeons are all knowledgeable, well trained, professional, and exist in a culture I’d want to want to work at. This has been my second surgery with Dr Raphael and probably not the last unfortunately. He treated a torn Achilles and a shoulder impingement. He is an exceptional doctor and i have great respect for him and his abilities.
Dr.Raphael was very attentive while I described my injury. He then conveyed our next move toward a successful outcome.
Explained my condition related to my symptoms. Provided me with several options for treatment. Very nice people in s.o.s practice.
