Dr. Raphael and his staff were excellent!
Great care by Dr. Raphael and his team from the first post-injury visit a year ago (decided not to get ACL reconstruction at that time - it would have been #3 for the same knee) through physio and follow up visits. Finally decided in February to have the surgery which happened yesterday. Least pain of any of them! And I've been in the best shape post operation (24 hours later). Everyone was professional, friendly, and considerate. Highly recommend SOS and Dr. Raphael.
Excellent service, receptive physician, overall office in Liverpool was excellent as well. Made a painful condition more tolerable. Appreciate his attentive service.

I truly appreciate Dr. Raphael's expertise, professionalism and positivity! He and his team's fine work will help me get back to enjoying the activity and sports I've been yearning to do before I had my surgery. I highly recommend SOS and especially Dr. Raphael to treat any orthopedic injury that may occur!
Dr. Raphael, as well as his office and clinical staff, work with professionalism and efficiency. It is very apparent that the doctor is knowledgeable and skilled in his field, yet he answers questions and offers information in "plain English." I found this very helpful when charting a treatment plan for a successful outcome. I feel very confident in my decision to be working with Dr. Raphael. I would not hesitate to refer friends or family members to his office.
