Dr Raphael did a thorough exam of my shoulder both times I have seen him. He listened to my issues and I feel he has answered all of my questions. His nurse, Renee was very cheerful.
I visited Dr. Raphael for what turned out to be my final check up after ACL reconstructive surgery. Staff is always polite and positive. I truly appreciate Dr. Raphael's expertise, professionalism and positivity! He and his team's fine work will help me get back to enjoying the activity and sports I've been yearning to do before I had my surgery. I highly recommend SOS and especially Dr. Raphael to treat any orthopedic injury that may occur!
Dr. Raphael, as well as his office and clinical staff, work with professionalism and efficiency. It is very apparent that the doctor is knowledgeable and skilled in his field, yet he answers questions and offers information in "plain English." I found this very helpful when charting a treatment plan for a successful outcome. I feel very confident in my decision to be working with Dr. Raphael. I would not hesitate to refer friends or family members to his office.
One star required to submit review. Worst experience ever. He was judgmental, disinterested, and due to his inappropriate assumption, and lack of taking a medical history, I left completely uninformed and untreated. I have had a prior surgery with an SOS provider with great result. Very disappointed with his lack of professionalism. I was "reminded" that he had already spent 12 minutes with me, and felt like I was wasting his time. Hopefully he is better with other patients.
