Avoid at any cost! Mervyn and others are complete time wasters. I could write a book on the excuses they make for everything. Would give 0 stars if I could. Have reported to trading standards.

Very poor service and extremely unprofessional. The employee named Mervyn is an unbelievably rude and hostile employee. I have never met people so determined to not do the jobs they are paid to do.

Very disappointed with Bradford Estates. Mervyn needs to be nice to customers and do his job. He needs to understand that this company needs customers and the customers and go anywhere and therefore do need Bradford Estates. It's very sad that people are like this and take no responsibility for their actions.

Mervyn, your the reason I'm leaving this negative review. Your very quick in getting signatures to purchase properties but you dont respond to emails or phone calls. I stood outside the shop and rang the phone and watched you ignore the phone call. Im truly dissapointed. Please do what you get paid to do.

Absolutely unprofessional. Disgraceful service. Employees don't have a clue of whats going on. They dont take responsibility for anything. They do anything to avoid doing any work (which they are paid to do). Mervyn in particular.
