Always been quick, effective and great service
I donated blood here and felt the big boned nurse who took my blood was condescending and racist will avoid this clinic in the future. I decided not to pursue the matter further and log a complaint with the NHS

Really poor experience I had here today. Nurses rude when I was trying to sort my parking over the phone as my card had been temporarily blocked. Got told ‘no veins are suitable, come back again if you gain weight’ and then had to see myself off. Quite frankly I won’t be directing anybody here to donate blood.
