The paid a very fair price considering other companies just low ball you to death. It was alittle slow on the close but over all a great experience. They are professional in my opinion and never once made me feel offended by any offer. It you want to sell with out the hassle of a realtor these guys will get you close to to a fair market price
Aaron's offer to purchase my house happen to coincide with our decision to sell it after my wife and I finally decided to combine our households. Selling to the Braddock group helped reduce the costs usually associated with selling a house, provided me with a more flexible timetable for packing and didn't require an additional investment to market the property.
