I have visited this store a few times and have always found the staff really helpful , particularly James the assistant manager.
From the initial visit to discuss a new bed to the delivery yesterday, we have been very happy with Bradbeers. My first visit was just to suss things out and at no time did Grant make me feel under pressure to buy. He clearly knew his stock and gave good advice. When we returned a week later, the staff were so helpful in moving mattresses around to try out on different bases. Again, knowledgeable and patient.
