Brad really helped me get over my anxiety about injections. I had a really horrible experience with a surgery before and I would get nightmares, every time I had a spare second I would feel the pain all over again and I couldn’t sleep. But Brad helped me get over it in a few weeks and now it doesn’t even cross my mind, I’m sleeping really well and he’s taught me coping methods I still use today. I contacted the Observatory on a recommendation for a problem I was experiencing & spoke to Brad. Brad quickly organised a consultation & I found him very personable & easy to talk to.I was given a relaxation track which was extremely helpful & the subsequent sessions which Brad organised over the short period available, helped me to overcome the problem.
