Absolutely delighted with our beautiful garden room. The room is stunning, nothing was too much trouble for the team. I would highly recommend Brackenwood Design, we are now looking forward to new sash windows and a conservatory.
The review by P Dalton is also a fake review as he is an employee and co owner of the new ltd company Brackenwood Design ltd. They have dissolved the original company. Up until a few months ago I would have given a 4.5 star review, a 5 star for the window linings which were painted and done to a high standard. But we reported leaking doors at the end of November and they are still leaking. Despite & After spending in excess of £40,000 with this company we have had terrible customer service & help with a leaking orangery they created - water pours through the ceiling. Absolutely disgraceful. Every time it rains now we are inundated with water & it’s starting to ruin the ceiling and new panelling. I have emailed & called the company for quite some time now with absolutely zero response. Totally unacceptable.
