The Management Company of our building transitioned from a large property management firm in London to Brackenbury in 2021. As the sole director, this change represented a significant improvement, as Brackenbury began to manage the property in a proactive manner, focusing on legal issues and cost efficiency. This approach proved to be especially vital during a dispute with one of the shareholders, which was ultimately resolved successfully with substantial support from Brackenbury.
