Dishonest, deceitful, arrogant, incompetent. Nothing good to say about Brackenbury and their manager Anna Sanhedrin. Exorbitant service charges spent on questionable contractors. Works done are of low quality. Not recommended.
I’m deeply disappointed with the way Brackenbury Property Management Ltd has handled matters at the property they manage. Communication has been consistently poor, concerns have been left unresolved, and their approach to residents feels dismissive and unhelpful. Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with this company. They demonstrated incompetency, rudeness and total disinterest in managing properties. Always late with contractors, very slow and bad quality works and irresponsible.
Totally unprofessional and impossible to deal with. They use unreliable contractors for high prices, ignore tasks, don’t answer emails and calls. You will basically be on your own and pay them money for doing nothing.
We've had an absolutely awful experience with Brackenbury Property Management. They manage our building in Kensington and have shown nothing but incompetence, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. We feel that we have been discriminated against by James Bell and Anna Sanhedrin. Urgent issues are ignored. The service charges are high, yet the quality of service is shockingly low. I would strongly advise anyone considering them to think again — avoid at all costs.
