Parking was a warren and is way too tight for anything over the smallest of vehicles. No wonder the disabled parking was taken up by people not displaying a blue badge. Once inside it's got a nice airy feel to the place. The four members of staff who I encountered were clearly in the wrong job for them, being quite surly and unfriendly.
Avoid at all cost, absolutely useless! I've ordered online and delivery was refused, without me being notified, looks like the driver didn't feel like doing his job! Spoke to store asked them to contact the driver to get back, literally 2 minutes later and he said he is now too far away. Delivery rescheduled for 2 days later and no sign of delivery within the allocated times. I usually don’t post reviews but after spending 4k materials for 1 week today some women named Maria working in the till refused to scan my b&q card and I just spend 30minutes waiting and loading the trolley Don’t waste time buying in this shop!!
Cutting timber service is very bad, there is a guy who always says is close or busy, I'm rellay disapointed with this service
