Visited B&Q Gloucester today to buy weed control fabric, but couldn’t find the item despite it showing in stock online. Mandy was professional and incredibly helpful, even during a busy period, she took the time to search and found the last two items for me. This place is huge. Aisles are well marked and well stocked. Plenty of parking.
This is a great store BUT the staff are in dire need of customer service training. Our experience at check out was nothing short of Rude and totally unhelpful. We felt as though we were disturbing the checkout staff from their slumbers. SO DISAPPOINTING!
