Didn't stop ling as didn't have what I needed but staff were helpful and found them in another store for me
Ordered online via Click and Collect from 15 minutes. Needed something desperately and although online it said there was stock I didn't want to run the risk of getting there and it be gone. Drove there to collect my order asap and sure enough, when the confirmation text came through, the item I needed most, wasn't in stock. Rona at the collection point was not very helpful and quite rude, unnecessarily arguing with me about stock levels. Came into b&q fareham today for a few bits, i needed some advice on paint and was met by ollie and elliot on the paint desk who were amazing really made my day, they were really helpful and gave me a perfect colour match on my paint. Great staff. Great shop.
