Very helpful staff! When I came in and was squinting desperately at the isle names, a memeber of staff asked what I was looking for, and informed me that it wasn't avaliable in this store, and informed me the nearest b&q that would have it. Secondly, while in the outer plant/garden area, I found an item in a clearance area, but with its sticker for said clearance semi-removed. I was very disappointed with the quality of the products I purchased online and had delivered to my home. I ordered laminated plywood panels, the same type I have previously bought in person from my local B&Q store. Unfortunately, the panels I received were damaged and of noticeably poor quality. Many of the wood knots were missing as they had fallen out, on both sides of the panels, and there were also areas where the wood grain itself was missing.
