If you're thinking about working here, think again. One particular manager (like many) has an ego problem and can't admit when he's wrong. After 5 weeks l was expected to train new pickers and correct their mistakes whilst carrying out forklift duties. I was unaware till 3 days later my pick rate was also being scrutinised and l was supposed to miraculously pick as much as the new guys on the grid. Worked here for over a year good staff and most places I work with agency ignore you but staff in here don't if looking to work here I'd say go for it
