Very helpful staff, I needed some paint that was going out of stock, and they make to phone are to other B&Q to fine the one I needed and reserved it for me. And help me the right gear I needed to fix issues I had with the plaster in my living room.
I would have given 5 stars based on the many previous visits where I received excellent service. However, after today’s experience, they’re lucky I’m not giving 1 star. I came into the store today to decide on a kitchen worktop. The staff in the kitchen and bathroom department were lovely, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Once I had decided what I needed, I had to go outside to get a trolley because the tiles were too heavy to carry.
