Poppy was really cooperative with admin work. In just 1 week BPP helped me to get the new accommodation from viewing to possession. The whole process is smooth and efficient.
Absolute waste of time. Would not recommend at all. Poor communication. - - response to message: Several occasions? Not suitable for couples? What are you talking about? I enquired about single occupancy for myself only !!! And i just made one enquiry following a telephone call... not several 🙄🙄🤦🤦

-1 Star: My experience with this letting agency has been abysmal. They consistently failed to address essential maintenance, including ongoing leaks and boiler malfunctions. Their team proved to be both incompetent and dishonest, often providing excuses and demonstrating a shocking lack of professionalism. The constant staff turnover only exacerbated the issues, making it impossible to get anything resolved. I strongly advise against using their services.
I have been renting with BPP for close to 5 years now, very happy with them especially Rebeka Spencer who deals with any issues promptly and in a polite and friendly manner.
