Piers an Gillian at BPK estate agents are a fantastic team . Piers is such a lovely friendly person, who instantly makes you feel at ease when we viewed the property of panache hairdressers , heads lane, Carlisle . Gillian guided us through the buying process and was so professional & very helpful , also felt very comfortable asking Gillian any questions I needed to know . Absolutely appalling service! Would not recommend. Enquired about a rented property, was shown around Friday, later on to be told the house viewing was Tuesday..?? We recently sold a house in Kendal Street Carlisle through BPK. Gillian and Piers provided a truly excellent service.
