Seems the same issues constantly. TSG boiler serviced less than a month ago. With no prior concerns. Told me I had a gas leak which I was like no I haven't. And now all of a sudden the part he said would need eventual replacement has broken. I guess they need these extra Christmas pays.
Avoid BPHA at all costs!!! We were in the process of purchasing a home owned by BPHA. This was the worst experience of my life. Firstly the amount of hoops they make you jump through just to be considered should have been enough to turn anyone away. They repeatedly behaved in a standoffish manner when there were things entirely out of my control like when my mortgage offer is meant to come through! I have been reporting an issue of a leaking skylight since March 2023 and to date this has still not been repaired. I see a response from Anna, however I have raised this once again via the repairs team and as ever the response is "Thank you for your enquiry today. We are currently experiencing a high number of queries, meaning a longer wait than we would like. We will respond to you within 7 working days " To date, 18 months later and this has still not been rectified!
As a disabled tensnt theyve driven me to dispair with poor comnunication, ignorant housing officers and disability awareness very unaware of the impact on those with serious disabilities
