Extremely knowledgeable , friendly and helpful service .
Exceptional customer service from Boxalls and Alan in particular (the showroom manager). Last week we looked at the extensive range of vanity units and taps in the showroom and took home a vanity unit and tap but unfortunately the tap was faulty and dripped after I fitted it. Another cartridge was ordered but this did not solve it. Alan then actually came out himself to try and correct things but a replacement also turned out to be faulty. As a result he offered a better model tap which I fitted and all is working perfectly ... read more
