I have dealt with numerous computer service organizations. American based Boxaid is head and shoulders above all the others! Competent, courteous, professional in every respect, and, ironically, the lowest cost! Jonathan in New Jersey, was able to eliminate a Trojan Worm from my machine, and tune it up to run as fast as when it was new. And the price for this was only $89.95. This literally saved me hundreds of dollars from what other providers quoted me. I heartily recommend Boxaid!

Huge thanks to Chris who was able to remotely clean my computer up. Not only is all the malware gone, its running more efficiently as a result. I would definitely use Boxaid again!
I want to say Thank You Boxaid and Johnathan. I have Norton Anti virus program and it failed to protect my computer. i contacted Boxaid and my Tech support gentleman was Johnathan and he spent several hours fixing my issues. I even interrupted his work with an error on my part and he was so gracious. I will recommend this company to all my business associates as well as friends and family Thank you again.
