Jonathan at Boxaid did an exceptional job for me...today....Sunday. He answered all of my questions, got my computer to run more efficiently and virus/malware free. Kudos to Jonathan!!!!!

I have use Boxaid a number of times for various computer issues over the past couple of years and have never been disappointed. Jonathan at Boxaid did an excellent job! I am extremely please with the work he did on my computer and the information he taught me. I will definitely be using them in the future. This is an excellent company! They beat the Geek Squad hands down.

A big thumbs up for Boxaid! I had two issues with my computer, and Jonathan looked it over and we agreed on a plan and that it was a pretty quick fix. He quoted me a price. The job ended up being a giant bucket of worms that took hours (not his fault at all). I was appreciative of all the help, but also wondering in the back of my head what the price tag would be. When he was all done, he held to his original quote. "That's what we agreed to", he said. I offered more, since he had worked so hard for so long, but he said no. ... read more

Awesome service- my wireless network adapter was down. Boxaid fixed that AND cleaned up my computer and upgraded the performance by 40 to 60 percent. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I was about to change my computer because mine took ages to start or do anything. I tried different antivirus and they all said my computer was clean. I was attended by Jonathan, very professional, I could see all he did and this guy knew what he was doing, areal expert.. I am super happy because my computer is running like brand new. Thank you guys.
