I am so very pleased with the results of having my computer repaired remotely through Boxaid! I didn't have to drive 30 miles or wait a week or more to get my computer back and I loved being able to watch the whole process on my screen. The tech., Kristina, answered all of my questions and did a wonderful job. Thanks Kristina!

Chris was clearly very good at what he does. Super helpful, brought my computer back from the brink. After several hours my computer is back and running excellently.
The best of the best! Christopher put some much needed time into my computer. Throughout the whole process Christopher answered all my questions, and provided great info on how to keep my system running top notch. Overall a great experience with a great technician!! I wish I could give Jon quadruple the points! Jon spent the better part of the afternoon troubleshooting my computer and e-mail (after "operator error" screwed it up). Not only did he fix my work, he's given me back a lean, mean, restored machine. Being able to watch him work - though the speed he worked at left me in the dust - and to be able to text questions at the same time was amazing. If you're looking for remote computer tuneup/repair don't even think about contacting anyone else!

I thought I was overtaken by virus gremlins - I didn't control my screen, or my mouse, and had transparent circles/squares bobbing around. I called Boxaid and as soon as I explained the issue, John knew exactly what it was! Nothing more complicated than a dirty touch screen on my desktop! John simply disabled the touch function and didn't even charge me for the service. These guys are great! They'll be my go-to company anytime I have computer issues. Thanks, John!
