I was pretty much just charged for being on the phone, there was no reason for me to used them when all I had to do was plug my flash drive in. It would've been nice to be informed that i would have to pay something for using my usb flash drive to install windows back to my pc. But overall thanks for helping getting my pc wiped out though!!!!
