Been here today to have blood taken and my pneumonia vaccine had a really nice nurse had excellent people skills 👏 made you at ease asked if had any questions bout treatment. Thank you very much really appreciate it 😊.
There have been several occations recently where I have, through the triage system, asked to see a GP or get advice. On each occasion the response has been on the same day. On several I saw a doctor on that day. Brilliant. I also have regular contact with other staff members at the practice. They could not be more helpful.
I waited 3 weeks for a telephone appointment only to be told by receptionist today there’s no appointment scheduled I was then offered an appointment in four weeks time in a Gp surgery in another village I was sent a link to allow Gp at box to triage ….. Seriously lm done
Think it’s disgusting how the surgery has changed the contact telephone number without letting any of the patients knowing, not all patients can use the app especially the elderly, not very good box surgery!!!!!!
