we lived at BMY for 2 years. we loved it!! a little expensive compared to what you could get around Bristol, but you cannot compare the quality. the units are so nice. the only complaint about our unit was the couch that came with, that sucks. i really don't understand the bad reviews. people love to whine about everything that is out of the managements control. like they cannot control the recycling trucks for the building across the street, that is what you get for living in a city center. i think also people aren't thinki... read more
Expensive but a really good experience. It tied us over during a couple of years where finding pet friendly rental was impossible. We found a wonderful community and building management wise, a very competent team. Shout out to Vilius and Mary who are the crown jewels of Box Maker's Yard.
Security and services are my first priority. The security system is good and you have to use the key fob to access from one place to another. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The prompt and quick response to the problems that arise are very appreciated. The facilities are modern and cozy. There are also special activities at least once a month for the tenants to enjoy themselves.
