Managing Agents invariably get a bad press & one rarely ever hears anything positive about them. I agree and I have endured dreadful service from several Manging Agents. NOT SO with Bowood. Bowood are the exception to the rule. My home is in a complicated building. Yet every problem that arises, Bowood work with us and come up with a solution. Appalling, unprofessional - avoid at all costs
I previously ran the freehold myself with one other owner occupier. We chose Mark and his team at Bowood because they were friendly and approachable, and really understood the legal ins and outs of building management which was a huge relief for us. It took a year to get most things up and running and properly handed over, but we are very happy. The worst managing agency in London, not helpful, nor friendly, however happy to take extortionate amounts of money for you for absolutely 0 service. Should you have a serious problem with your property just call emergency services because you wont hear anything back from these guys for days on end. Constantly deleting their reviews instead of facing the music and improving their work ethic.
