I rang to see if someone could come and measure for new carpet and the man was definitely not customer friendly as he wasn't prepared to visit property to measure and discuss the work needed he wanted me to "rush" to his shop and pick a carpet. Bizarre. Rang another company and they have arranged appointment. So definitely recommend people to shop about if they get this guy
