Karen and the rest of the staff who interacted with us were lovely. Sadly we are not interested in purchasing a house at Sherford because we do not want to live in a building site for the foreseeable future.
Good modern residential properties, but poor shopping facilities.
My partner and I moved to Sherford in June 2022 after purchasing a Bovis home. After 2 months of moving in 2 of the clauses in the transfer were broken and Bovis didn’t care at all. We have a fence on our driveway which isn’t supposed to be there in accordance with the transfer and it restricts us that much we can’t get our baby boy out the car.
