They are asking a guarantor as mandatory requirement discriminating who can afford to pay the rent as the income is over 30 times the monthly rent. Not sure ARLA is requiring so, neither I think they a regulated by ARLA as to be member of ARLA a lettings agent should be an experienced and trained professional. Sounds they are not.

I have recently rented a flat through Bournemouth and Poole estates Ltd, throughout the whole process I have found them to be exceptionally helpful. I had a couple of very minor problems which were corrected very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone!
