Used once before, so wife phoned Wayne for a repeat visit, he said he would phone back but didnt. She sent a follow up text and another phone call several days later but his phone was now set to voicemail. May be enjoying a festive break but surely a quick confimation message is not out of the question. As it happens, I spent 1./2 hour cleaning the oven and its come up a treat. Looks like I have the job for life.
Wayne was great. Arrived as arranged, did a thorough job on my double oven,hob and extractor. Very professional, wouldn’t use anyone else now.
