Can’t fault them the actual coach for 1745 had been cancelled. Received an email saying a taxi will be picking us up and taken back to Southampton Central happy days.

Rude, Uninformed Driver and Careless Customer Service We had a return ticket for two adults on a National Express bus Bournemouth-Heathrow. We had two pieces of luggage each: one checked bag and one cabin bag. The trip from Bournemouth to Heathrow went smooth with no issue. However the trip from Heathrow to Bournemouth went completely wrong. Upon arrival, the driver initially refused to let us board, claiming we had "too much luggage."
