My experience with Bournemouth Energy for a new residential EPC has been absolutely first class. If they can't answer the 'phone immediately they always ring back promptly. I dealt with Lucy and Elisha in admin plus Richard as the on site assessor; the admin was prompt, effective and professional whilst Richard was helpful, informative and very knowledgeable. The complete process was completed well within a week and it was delightful to be dealing with such a well organised company - thank you.
