Bourne Dental at SOBO is honestly the best dentist I've ever been to. Lou and Danielle are lovely, so welcoming and friendly, they make you feel comfortable straight away. Ismail is very personable and professional, he explains everything clearly and gives good advice whilst not being patronising or judgemental. I highly recommend Bourne Dental!
The best experience possible! My first time coming back to a dentist after about 6 years and had the warmest welcome from the receptionest and then from Dr Qasi and his assisstant. They were both so lovely, understanding ans explained everything clearly, checking i was ok throughout. I had the new client checkup which included x ray and 3d scan and advice on what treatment i may need. I had a de scale ontop of this which they did straight away. Had a great experience! Everyone was very friendly, the doctor explained everything very thoroughly and was very detailed and professional.
After a bad painful experience at my previous dentist , I went to Bourne Dental about 8 months ago as a very nervous patient . I have had 4 subsequent treatments and all have been pain free! This is a small dental practice offering a very attentive and caring service . Ismail and his staff are excellent, with everything explained clearly . The numbing process is thorough , not rushed and works perfectly! I am now not a nervous patient ! , thanks to Ismail and his team ...Thank you again...
The whole team are extremely friendly and helpful, and the building and facilities are excellent. Would highly recommend.
