Verified Renter I like the neighborhood, its quiet, everyone is to themselves for the most part. I love my kitchen, size of my bedroom and back patio area, although I wish there was a water hose hookup. Overall, not a terrible place to live.

Verified Renter Amenities are very less but the place is clean and good. Maintenance is also fine . The area is peaceful and neighborhood is peaceful . It’s a good place to move in , except for the fact that amenities are not to be expected

liars I live in boundary village for 9 years I never had a late rent payment. 2 years ago we transferred to a 3 bedroom unit. They did not replace the carpet, they gave me a dirty stove and the vinyl floor of the kitchen and bathrooms were stained. Now when I move out they are charging me an excessive prices. For example: removing nail polish on the countertop, when I moved here the countertops were burned. and another thing they are liars because the manager told me that they clean the stove after he said that they had to b... read more

Fantastic Community I just moved out after 2 years and 1 month. I would still be living here if my roommate did not leave to live with his girlfriend. The front office is the best I have ever worked with. They are quick to fix any issues you have, and on your schedule. I read one of the post below, and they have a website and a phone number to contact maintenance anytime of day. I have had to use it once. I am sad I had to leave, but glad to have lived here to understand how a front desk and community should be!

Best apartment community in Cary! Boundary Village is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. The management is top of the line and always address any concerns I have quickly and efficiently. They always strive to make my experience living here as pleasant as possible. They are always professional and friendly. The maintenance team always responds to any problems swiftly. I have not had any problems with any if the neighbours and they are all friendly and willing to help when help is needed.

Security Reason I am a resident of the apartment and there is some security reasons that is causing me to not to be able to live in the area anymore. I have a child, and she is not able to run around and play in the area, as other cars pass through don't drive with sense, there are drug deals going on in the eyes, it's no hidden thing. No one ever works in the office The office hours listed are a lie. They don't open until 10 am. If there is an issue and you need maintenance before the office opens good luck. I've lived here for a year and said I'd pay for a fence to be added to my townhouse. I was originally supposed to have a fence but they gave me 2 different addresses before I even moved in. And Everutime I ask they say they will get back to me. The office workers need to find a new career choice. Possibly one with less responsibilities.
