Verified Renter Great location, amazing staff, maintenance is quick. Would LOVE a tv in the gym and I’d be the happiest resident here. Staff is kind and the community is close to parks, shopping and restaurants
Verified Renter The neighborhood is quite. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. The grounds are keep clean. My only issue are the food trucks that are parked near my street, making it difficult to see if cars are coming when pulling out.

Verified Renter I was not a big fan of knowing that my unit wasn't cleaned before move in and when I washed the carpets they came out FILITHY as in they haven't been cleaned or replaced between tenants who moved in. I do like that maintenance is pretty quick when you put in a request they come either the next day or within the two days and how large the patio fenced in space is but other than it not just being clean.
