Verified Renter Boundary village is a great place to live. The staff is helpful maintenance is very quick to respond to any problems that arise. It's very quiet the neighbors are courteous it's just a wonderful place to live.

Verified Renter Living here with my adolescent son has been a great experience. We feel heard by the staff at Boundary Village, I also know they care about us tenants. My son has left his keys at home while he gets home 2 hours prior to me, he went to the office and let them know he was locked out, they walked him to the house to make sure he was inside the apartment so that he feels safe. I am glad I made the descision to resign my lease.

Verified Renter I have lived at Boundary Village for a little over 5 years and I really like it. My neighborhood is quite, except for the few children that play outside during the Summer months. Maintenance responds quickly and they are doing a lot of updates. Next year there will be a gym and the pool is salt water and never crowded. I plan on staying until I leave NC or buy a house. I'm very comfortable here. Of course, there will always be a few hiccups but overall, I would recommended it.
