I work in the building trade and am prone to muscle injury within the job. I visited Bounce with lower back and elbow joint pain. Antonia was brilliant. She clearly understands how the body works and her technique of treatment made me feel a whole lot better. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. After the treatment, she also demonstrated some stretching that I could perform to aid with ridding tightness. Thank you for your help Antonia.
