NIGHTMARE! The person we dealt with had no idea how to listen and was incompetent. He would not listen long enough to even get the email correct thus we used another email account. The entire process was too long because he would send info to one email and then send other info to the 2nd email. Then they required an administrative fee of $390 non-refundable, $90 for the application fee and $300 deposit. We paid it. Then we had to go through more approvals of our credit and our dogs. Im regards to Avenue5s apartment complex The Veranda Highpoint: The senior manager at these apartments ******** Davis is the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. When I went to go pick up my keys me and a leasing agent went to look at the apartment and it was trashed. There was trash everywhere and the carpets needed replacing. This was a horrible experience I applied for this apartment I gave them notice about my hearing that email is best for both of us. It took them 2weeks. No response in emails in timely manner only time they v will respond if I blow up the phone. Then the first excuse they gave me they have been to busy to aid me . That the person handling my paper work is gone. So I sat there giving it's getting handle this whole time. This management company took over *********************** Apartments in ***************, ** (approximately 10/1/2021) as I was moving out 9/29/2021. The unit above **** (my unit) flooded. The above unit caused water damage from flooding in my unit (approximately end of July 20's weekend 2021). The unit was visited several times making minimal fixes to unit ****. ************* apartment complex in ************************* which is Managed by Avenue 5 residential is the worst managed apartments. The management is NEVER available. They NEVER answer their phones and have it set up so you can't leave a message. They refuse to answer emails or any correspondence through the resident portal. This place has trash everywhere. We have most horrible management team in the downtown of ******** **- 12 Central Square apartments complex. ************ tried to called corporates office about issues I had and never had back any respond. Our apartments complex in very poor conditions, halls very dirty. We are residents for 5 year and had our parking space for as long as we been residents, but recently our parking space was took from us without any notification. Our move out date was signed to be 10/31/2021. Didnt hear anything back until November 22nd 2021 and all that was received was a link to a site that stated we owed $517.15 with no attached documentation or invoice? Two months later we got into contact with the billing company and was sent our official move out ledger that listed every charge and payment made from beginning to end. What a HORRIBLE management company!!! Since Avenue5 took over our apartment complex, this place turned very quickly into a mess and is absolutely horrendously unmanaged. The dog waste stations are MAJORLY overflowing all the time (with no bags available) the staircases smell of urine and are never cleaned or even swept, the lawns are full of dog waste... It's a gated community but the gates are never closed. There is trash around the buildings that nobody picks up. On top of that, the communication with this management compa... read more

This is not about the business of Avenue5, but the employees of ************* Apartments. I have lived in these apartments for about 3 years. I have no issues with the apartments until they brought the property and the new management in. The property management and the one RECEPTIONIST, (I capitalize the word receptionist because the employee **** is NOT THE PROPERTY MANAGER.)
