Pathetic their service. Better not forget anything on the beach because the thing simply disappears. They will not even check their lost and found office... To be avoided Absolutely!! They are worth not even one star!!

Isabella, our loss prevention team works hand and hand with the City’s Police Deparment to prevent loss. At several of our beach huts we offer Aquavault rentals, mini lockers, for added security. I need to complement whoever is responsible for the beach staff at the 1 Hotel. Without exception, they are friendly, fun, responsive, helpful. They smile, they hustle, they have been a joy to be around for the past month. The great Nate, Jeffery, Hudson, Manny, Julio, and my little ACC basketball buddy are the best.
