Poor service
I wanted to say how professional empathetic and supportive the staff at Botwell Medical Centre are especially Malathi and Prabha Sidhu who are always very professional and helpful. They go out of their way to help you in a caring and understanding manner. Well Done to both of them for their professionalism and helpfulness towards a patient. They deserve all the compliments they get. Keep up the good work. Thank you very much.
You can't book over the phone anymore and they have set up booking with NHS, but couldn't get any appointments for this week when I needed it, filled in the online consultation and it says they can't help and need to see a doctor and gave me the number I already tried that doesn't work anymore, terrible system and how are the older people going to use it, definitely not inclusive or well thought out or easy to use
