Me and my partner Nathan had an amazing time exploring the Highlands on the E-bikes from Bothy bikes on 3/6/25. David was absolutely brilliant, suggesting some routes we could take and certain shortcuts for the best views. We wasn't professionals by any measurement, but we enjoyed it so much we came back on the Thursday for another day. Great shop. Rented ebikes for a half day loop with 25 miles. A little single track but mostly rolling hardpack foot paths. Download komoot ahead of time for route guidance like MTB Project
We rented 2 bikes from David, it was a last minute booking and David was very accommodating. The bikes were amazing, we hired the e-bikes and with the fantastic directions and map from David we travelled 47kms (approx 30 miles) through some gorgeous forests in the Badenoch, past old castles and many lochs. Half way we stopped at the Old Post Office Cafe and Gallery, which was delicious then headed home. Absolutely beautiful journey and one of those experiences that lasts a life time.
