Boss Optima very professional and work on time. The prices are very competitive and the warranties are longer than other companies. I will definitely use this company in the future for cleaning again.

Correction to previous review: I want to be as transparent as possible. I said in previous post the cost was almost $300, it was actually $269. I also made a typo stating that when I called to ask if the mattress cleaning was supposed to last longer than 10 minutes I was told OH NO, when I meant to type OH YES! I would still give BOSS OPTIMA one star. I'm so sorry i fell for the schedule now for a special deal scam. I paid almost $300 for a 10 minute treatment on my mattress. I could have done a better job with the bissell. I called to ask if such an expensive service was supposed to last more than 10 minutes and told an immediate OH NO! Our warrantee/service director will call you tomorrow to discuss your concerns. 3 times I set aside time to talk to this man. 3 times he did not call me. 2 times I got an I'm sorry call from the CS representative. I got an internet quote from Boss Optima for $75 to clean a mixed media area rug of wool and viscose (an expensive Juipur rug). We texted first, then they asked if they could call me, and I said yes. The initial salesperson didn't know what viscose or art silk was (red flag!). Then he handed me off to the second salesperson for a quote. She quoted us $275 for cleaning!! and $375 with a protective sealant. I would give zero stars but it won't let me. Biggest ripoff company I have ever dealt with! They gave me this long explanation about why I should choose them to clean our dryer vent cleaning. They said they use a special technique that only they use to justify their high price so I said ok. Then they proceeded to call a local company to do the job.
