I have already written one review and I had to give them one star or it wouldnt take my review. They did not deserve one star. They sent a person to my house a second time to clean grout. When he got to my home he preceded to tell me he couldnt get it any cleaner. Then he said it couldnt get any cleaner because it was sealed. I let them try, but after he said all that I should of sent him home. He said no because he needed to get paid. Very responsive to my questions. The work was done to a high standard. Sofas look fantastic.

Boss Optima really wowed us, we had a lot of stains in the high traffic areas and he was able to get all of them out. Our carpet looks so much better!
