This company charged me $350 to send the local ChemDry company to clean 2 area rugs. Had I scheduled my own appointment with ChemDry, the cost would have been $90. The process used was ChemDry (which is fine), but there was no “5 step special Boss Optima process” involved. It’s a scam.
Absolutely horrible service! The customer service was fantastic at first and the fact that they told me they guaranteed there service I was optimistic. I spoke with Cathy who gave me my quote and I explained the needs in each of the rooms that I was getting service. I explained the high traffic areas and the fact that there had been urine on the carpet in the babies room, they assured me it would be taken care of (didn't say there was an additional charge). Charges client double the cost. Highers out contractors. Does not pay the contractors. Do not be scammed by this company. We are now forced to send them to collections.
Before I begin, I just want to say the tech we had was very friendly and so were the staff I spoke with on the phone. This is the reason for two stars. However, the website says “You can trust the price we quote you”. They did not keep their word on pricing they gave me several times MONTHS before my appointment (I had to reschedule a couple times for personal reasons).
