You must be kidding with the 4.5 star rating! This company is nothing but a waste of time. I did business with them on 10/17/2022 and I’m still going through their runaround phase. They destroyed my American Leather sectional by using either carpet spot cleaner or strong upholstery cleaner, neither should have been used on fine leather. I’ve called several times only to be put off and not had calls returned. They have no intention of trying to resolve this issue and are obviously trying to stall until the credit card process... read more
