Boss Optima hired my company to do an air duct cleaning in ******** ******* as an affiliate partner for them. After completing the service and they received confirmation from the customer about our work, ********************** did not pay the invoice. The work was completed on Feb 7th, 2022.I have spoke to several people on the phone up until today and still no payment.DO NOT USE BOSS OPTIMA, THEY ARE A SCAM

Boss Optima is in the business of marketing their "business"; in my case carpet cleaning and then going out and trying to find a third party contractor to actually do the work. If they are unable to find a third party contractor they simply cancel their appointment.After this Monday, I will be cancelling our credit card payment for one half of the cost of the job and I'm sure will find more delay in repayment. Boss Optima was retained to clean draps. They made an appointment for June 6, 2022 and canceled. They made a second appointment for June 9 and canceled. They scheduled the third appointment for June 11, canceled and told me they didn't have a technician to perform the service. I asked for my money back and they have said credit only because I had a no cancelation policy. I never canceled. They did. They broke the contract. I want my money.

STEAR CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! They demand payment up front and then they don't show. When you demand your money back, they say they turn it over to their billing department but that's no guarantee. Scam!!!!

Contacted Boss Optima on 12-30-2021 about carpet cleaning and was quoted a price. Agreed on a price and prepaid for the service. The first appointment was scheduled for 01-12-2022. I was called on 01-12-2022 and was told they would have to be cancelled and reschedule for another time. Rescheduled to 12-18-2022 and was cancelled again by Boss Optima. All I can say is DO NOT bother with them! They are very unreliable and I just thank goodness that I did not pre-pay like the guy asked me to do. He set up an appointment to clean a loveseat and 2 rocker/recliners on January 5th, called on the 4th late in the afternoon to say they had a shortage in staff and asked if I would reschedule. We rescheduled for Jan. 8th, and they called late in the afternoon to tell me they are short on staff and could not make it for the 8th. This is a very bad company to deal. Not only did they leave hidden spots on my rugs, they refuse to do anything about it. Every time I call, they don't answer and I get put on hold before I talk to anyone. I cannot believe they are such a scam company. I caution anyone not to use them.

Did not provide the service and will not refund my $357. I keep getting the run around. Told me the refund check would be here 11.19.2021. It is 11.26.21 and still no refund check.

By NO means get them. They canceled out on me 2 times. Had to pay up front. After 2 cancellation told them to forget it. I paid $219,00 they will only refund me 50% how wrong. That isn't the way to do business, So please don't get them .These reviews are false. I am going to get a attorney, Joyce McIntyre
