They hired my company to do overfilled work I drove 2 hours to get to the job then spent 14 hours to get it done another 2 hours back they paid me for everything but little over $100 I have called him and text him and they were supposed to pay it 4 days ago I have learned not to trust this company if you want to do business with them make sure you get paid in full before you even go.

THIS RIP-OFF SCAM COMPANY USES OTHER COMPANIES LABOUR TO PERFORM THEIR JOBS, COLLECTS PAYMENTS AND DONT PAY THE COMPANY THAT DOES THE JOB.
Boss Optima, in my opinion, are liars and thieves. They take your money and have no intention of ever doing the work that you have paid for. Even though I have to give them a one star rating in order to post this review, their true rating is more like a negative four.
STAY AWAY. This is a fraudulent company who contracts with local contractors to perform the work. The contractors do not appear to have the appropriate equipment to do some work. Requested grout cleaning and quality of service was very poor. It seems as if nothing was actually done as the same debris were found on the floor. We called and complained, and the cleaning was done again with the same results. Again, contacted the company and kept getting the run around. BOSS OPTIMA IS A SCAM!!!!! THEY SCHEDULE SERVICE 5 TIMES WITH ME & NEVER SHOWED UP TO DO THE WORK & WONT REFUND MY MONEY!!!
They were great. Called to let me know when the technician would arrive. Malcolm was right on time and did a great job getting my carpets clean and fluffy. I highly recommend..
Not a happy customer!!! They rescheduled me too, called me more than most companies about customer service, they sent out Stanley Steemer and the first guy didn't have a clue how to clean leather couches, which I clearly requested and sent them pictures of the couches and the stains. They assured me that they could get the job done and I am truly disappointed in the outcome. Had I known they would send out Stanley Steemer, I would of just called them in the first place.
