They came to clean my drapes on 4/20. When I originally booked, they wanted me to pay in full before the service, but I refused and said as they were going to be in my home, they could get payment when they were here (First red flag. If you look up on BBB, there are several complaints about how they took payment upfront but dont come or perform any service and refused to refund). This has been a scam! They were hired to come clean my carpets and after they took my money and scheduled a date they called and canceled the day before showing up. They canceled 3 more times before I had enough and told them to refund my money. I've talked to them with no results, it's pretty sad whenever big business can take your money and not give it back if they're not going to show up and perform the service hired to do.
This company is a SCAM. They cancelled 5 appointments for carpet cleaning for various reasons. When I insisted on a refund they offered me a credit for future work. I was told that it was their policy to only give credit when there was a credit. I wasnt the one who cancelled, they were. After much arguing with at least 4 people, they agreed to refund my money but couldnt do it for a couple of days due to a technical glitch. It has been over a month and still no refund. I have asked my credit card company to do a chargeback.
