All staff very friendly, particularly Amy and Peter who I have dealt with for over 5 years, nothing too much trouble for them and all queries quickly responded to and actioned. Definitely recommend
Rented a property through Borron Shaw from 2023 until end of April 2025. Pete always went above and beyond to assist me, particularly if there were any issues quite often going out of his way to help. I had boiler issues and Pete dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently even dropping off fan heaters late in the evening. I would happily rent a property through Borron Shaw again. Lovely family run business that went out of their way to provide great service.
We rented a house through Boron Shaw after we sold our house and were waiting to complete on our new house. After pulling out of our house purchase and starting all over again with another purchase, Boron Shaw liaised with the landlord who agreed we could extend and were very flexible. What should have been a 6 month rental ended up a 8 month rental and everything went smoothly. advertised a house and arranged viewings and accepted bids. Did not see fit to mention that it was already sold. Total time wasters. Should not be allowed to run a business. Response to my review is total lies. At no point were we told about the sale on the house. If we had been told we wouldn't have put In an offer. Also I think the vendors have been influenced by the estate agents who told them we were in a long chain when we are not.
